Warfare Prayers 1 

The altar must be repaired for there to be fire again. The people must sanctify themselves to be able to stand before a Holy God and ask for his intervention in battle. The accursed thing must be removed from the midst of the people of God to be able to stand and confront their enemy who daily accuses them.

The people must be completely under the authority of God through obedience. Where obedience is not complete, confronting Satan and his agents will be challenging because a man not fully yielded to God cannot confront Satan for disobedience to God is rebellion which is as the sin of witchcraft but where the people of God are fully yielded to the Holy Spirit, then God will empower such people and He will arise to fight for them, contend and destroy all powers fighting against them. God is the one that fights on our behalf, we do not prevail by man’s strength or ability. He delivers his children from the hands of those that oppress them, He sinks the chariots of Pharaoh, He causes Jericho’s impregnable wall to fall flat, he frustrates the token of the liar, he turns the counsel of Ahitophel into foolishness and causes praise to erupt from the mouth of his children. Zechariah 4:6-7, Matt 28:18, Exodus 14:13-14, Deut 20:1-4, Psalm 27:1-6, Isaiah 42:13, Zephaniah 3:14-20, Exodus 15:1-19., Joshua 6:1-20.

PRAYER POINTS 

Psalm 144:1 
  • Thank you, father, for you are the one that teacheth my hands to war and my fingers to fight, By you I prevail in this battle, by you I sing a victorious song, by you I conquer, by you I move forward, by you I gain new territories, by you I overcome in the name of Jesus. 

1 Cor 16:9 
  • Father in the name of Jesus, I enter the great and effectual door that is opened unto me. I shall not be hindered from entering the endless opportunities that abound in Christ Jesus for me. I shall experience the showers of blessings that will pour from above upon me and household.
  • The adversaries that exist shall not prevail over me in the name of Jesus. I prevail over them all for greater is he that is in me, he will help me beat them small, he will help me triumph over them in Jesus’ name. 

Amos 3:7, Jer 33:3, 1 Cor 2:6-10 
  • Father, open my eyes to the divine secrets that will take me to the level where eagles inhabit. I pray to know the hidden wisdom that will liberate me, I pray for divine knowledge, I pray for divine counsel, let the eyes of my understanding come alive, I rip off every veil covering my spiritual eyes. Open my spiritual eyes so I no longer judge issues according to what my physical eyes see.

  • In the name of Jesus, I deliver myself from the spirit of procrastination in the place of prayers, I deliver myself from worldliness, I deliver myself from all form of excuses, I deliver myself from too much sleep, I receive power to prevail above all forms of temptation and weaknesses, I will no longer be a pawn in the hands of Satan in the name of Jesus. 

Acts 12:5, Psalm 107:16 
  • Father in the name of Jesus, I come out of every prison where I have been held, family generational prison that have held my lineage for decades, I start to come out of them by the power in the name of Jesus. I break off every fetter of iron that has held me bound in the name of Jesus. The enemy shall not win the battle over my life in Jesus’ name, I am coming out of every prison in Jesus’ name. 

2 King 2:19-22 
  • Father in the name of Jesus, I go to the source of all things that trouble me and household, every source of sickness, cyclical disease, evil pattern, short lived increases, near death experiences, reproaches, secret problems that bedevil me, demonic attacks at night, unusual delays, unexplainable losses etc and I decree they be destroyed by fire. Let the fire that proceed from your presence destroy them all and set me free in Jesus’ name. 

Matt 10:36 
  • Every foe pretending as friend in my life, expose them O Lord and let your judgement come upon them in the name of Jesus.  

Isaiah 54:15,17 
  • Everyone gathering together against me and household, that sit or stand to plan against me shall utterly fall in the name of Jesus. Every word they speak against me shall not prosper; every agreement they make against me shall not stand in the name of Jesus. 

2 Kings 6:15-17 
  • Father in the name of Jesus, I ask that your chariots of fire surround me and household in the name of Jesus. Let the fire consume every monitoring spirit that has been taking record of all that concern me and profiting with it. 

Psalm 121:1, 2 Chr:14:11, Ps 34:17 
  • Father, I need your intervention in my life, I need your help. Lord, send help my way, raise people for me in the name of Jesus. Let your favour that will attract divine help rest upon my life. I have no power of my own to make a way for me, I have no strength of my own to pave way but you have all power, all strength, all wisdom, underneath are thy everlasting arm, help me in the name of Jesus. 
 
Isaiah 10:27 
  • All great things of life that has eluded me up till now are released by fire in Jesus’ name. The yoke is broken in the name of Jesus.
