DAY 1

“For the grave cannot praise thee, death cannot celebrate thee: They that go down into the pit cannot hope for thy truth. The living, the living, he shall praise thee, as I do this day. Isaiah 38:18-19.”
“For to him that is joined to all the living there is hope: for a living dog is better than a dead lion. Ecclesiastes 9:4”
“Lord, thou has been our dwelling place in all generations. Before the mountains were brought forth, or ever thou has formed the earth and the world, from everlasting to everlasting thou art God. Psalm 90:1-2”
“It is a good thing to give thanks unto the Lord, and to sing praises unto thy name, O Most High: to shew forth thy lovingkindness in the morning, and thy faithfulness every night. Psalm 92: 1-2”
God is a God of purpose, if he sustained you from the beginning of the year till now, it is because He still has a divine plan and purpose for your life and that plan will surely come to pass in Jesus’ name and so on the first day of this fasting and prayer, we will just thank Him.
